Ingredients | Wildwood Chicken And Mushroom Penne1 (16 ounce) package dry penne pasta2 tablespoons olive oil, divided¾ pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat - cut into bite-size pieces4 cloves garlic, minced12 ounces asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakessalt and pepper to taste½ cup grated Parmesan cheeseDirectionsBring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken until firm and lightly browned; remove from pan. Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
